Basic things to know about purchasing with Anna House
- If you want to change the product options, please contact us immediately. But if your order is already packed or shipped, we cannot change them for you.
- If you want to modify your order, first you should cancel the entire order. Then make a new order again. However you should modify your order within 3 days. After 3 days, it is impossible to cancel or modify an order.
- If you want to modify your order by adding some items, you should make a new order and then contact us to combine them together.
- When you are placing an order.
You select the item or items you want to buy first. After you are done with the selection, you select the zone.
You will see the total price for your shopping. Next step, you click the check out button. It will take you to the next page. In this page, you fill in the form for shipping information, and choose the payment method.
You can choose from Credit Card by paypal. If you choose Credit Card by paypal, you do not need to fill in the information below it. Click 'Check Out' button at the bottom, your order has been successfully placed.
After that you have to access on the payapal site and you can pay it by paypal. If you are a member, you can sign in with your member ID and password.
Otherwise, type in your order number in [New Customer] section.
(Members can use that to check the order status as well)
- Also, if you pay with a different name, or diffrent e-mail address, your order might not be confirmed and cancelled after the payment period.
- Login with your ID and password, and click on 'ORDER' button on the top right corner of our first page.
Please keep the informations same as your order, and if it is not possible, leave us a message in the order or Q&A board.
You'll see all the information of your order there.
Click on 'cancel order' at the very right end of the information.
Your order has been successfully canceled.
*** You cannot cancel the order after you have made your payment. ***
About custom order:
- If you want to order our clothes in custom size, please contact us first.
- You need to give us your measurements clearly. Bust, hip, waist, sleeves length, shoulder width, arm length etc.
There will be an additional fee list (**in US dollars):
- * Blouse $11 per single item
- * Dress $21 per single item
- * Skirt $11 per single item
- * Men size $27 per single item
- * Kids size -$13 per single item
- * Add detachable sleeves $14
- After we have confirmed your custom make order. We will create a listing for you under our "Custom" category.
- It will takes 2-3 weeks to make the items.
- If you want to modify the clothes which are not fit, you could send us back the items. (In this case, you have to pay for the shipping)
- **We just modify the clothes once only.
- We just receive money via paypal

- You should send the payment within 3 days after ordering. Otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled without any notice. If your order got canceled after you made a payment please contact us. In addition, if it is difficult to send down payment within 3 days, please let us know so we could help you to extend the deposit period.
- We will use Hong Kong Post to ship our products.
- All the items shipped from Anna House to overseas are specified as gifts.
If the package is noted as GIFT, sometimes custom fee could be avoided in some countries.
So for your convenience, we will write "GIFT" on every package.
- Processing time starts from the date of payment confirmation (ie. when status becomes Item Processing).
It doesn't include weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Shipping notice email containing tracking number is sent out when shipping is made.
This can also be checked by going into order status page.
- It will takes 1-2 weeks to ship to your country.
- We change the order status to "Shipment Completed" after 3 days from the delivery date, because delivering to overseas takes pretty long time and it is hard to manage every single item.
However if it doesn't arrive in 15 days, you should check customs in your country and trace the tracking number from the below the link.
If you have any problem regarding delivery, please contact us - firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We cannot split an order and ship it to two places. If you want to divide your order and receive them in different places, you should order them separately.
- If shipping address or any other information is wrong package gets returned to us. If you want us to ship your order again, please contact us - email@example.com. Also we need a correct shipping address so we can ship them again. This case you have to pay additional shipping charge, since you gave us wrong information.
Exchange and Return:
- If you want to exchange or refund something, please contact us. We'll proceed after we check what items you want to exchange or refund.
- You may exchange only once and you will need to cover all shipping charges.
- Within 7 days from the day you received the item. Not able to exchange or return if the product is damaged.
(In this case, we pay for the shipping)
- When you want to exchange or return because you just don't want the item. (Including change of color, size, etc.)
(In this case, you have to pay for the shipping)
- Color white has a tendency to get dirty easily. Hence no refunds or exchanges will be made so please consider this.
- Small articles or details of the item may change without notice within the range that does not cause a huge difference in the look of the item.
Please be advised that we cannot exchange an item for this reason.
- The product is damaged by the customer or customer is responsible of the damage. Destroying the packing to check the product is not the case.
- The product's value has been decreased by usage of the customer.
- The product's value has been decreased by time.
- Before you return the package, please ask us about return shipment.

- If the customs in your country lost your package or you didn't call the customs in your country when your package is in the customs, it's not our fault so we can't refund or re-send your order to you.
